Sara Wild, LMT
Sara is a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY where she was certified in many different modalities. She has advanced her training to include Hot Bamboo Massage (which she specializes in) along with Neuromuscular Deep Tissue work. She loves her work, and finds it stimulating to identify specific problem areas and apply appropriate target therapy to help others feel their best!
Sara currently resides in Auburn with her husband and 3 children.
