Rhonda Stanford-Zahn, LCSW-R
Rhonda is a licensed clinic social worker who has been in the “empowerment business” for 10 years. She graduated from
Syracuse University’s School of Social Work after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts through SUNY Empire State College.
Rhonda’s background in art is a great compliment to her eclectic approach to counseling. She seeks to guide individuals
and to bear witness for them as they process issues that interfere with quality of life. “Folks usually have the
answers to the questions they ask in counseling. They just don’t realize it. She feels honored to accompany others
through the solution-focused process.”
Her professional background includes serving as co-chair of the Cayuga County Sexual Abuse Task Force and the coordinator of
the Child Advocacy Center of Cayuga County which is a multi-disciplinary approach to addressing the investigation of cases
of childhood sexual abuse and physical assault as well as offering treatment and advocacy to the victims and non-offending
family members.
