| GENTLE YOGA FOR 50'S PLUS - LEVEL I Date: Wednesdays - May 2nd - May 23rd Time: 2:00-3:00 PM Instructor: Georgia Stormes, RYT 500 Investment: $ 50.00 (four 1 hour sessions) Drop-in Fee: $ 15.00Simple techniques that promote physical and emotional healing and self-discovery. Georgia guides students through movement inquiries which teach how to release the body's inefficient, painful patterns. There will be floor work involved. Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing. Note: In order to drop into a class, students must have previously completed one class cycle.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels! Can't make all 8 weeks? No problem, we are happy to prorate your class according to your schedule!
